If you are using the Software on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Software and must immediately delete it from all your devices. Your use of GetPhoneInfo constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms and any subsequent modifications. This agreement is intended to protect the intellectual property of Nascentra and to define the limits of our liability. We have designed these terms to be clear, professional, and consistent with international software standards. Regardless of your location, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract governed by the rules set forth herein, and you agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws.
2. Definition of Service and Distribution Model
GetPhoneInfo is a desktop-based diagnostic utility developed by Nascentra that retrieves and organizes information from mobile devices via USB. It is vital to understand that Nascentra acts solely as a "distributor" of the software logic required to fetch this data. We do not "handle" or "process" the data ourselves; the Software facilitates the direct transfer of information from the mobile device to the User's local interface. Our service is the provision of the tool itself, not the management of the data it retrieves. Nascentra is not a data controller or a data processor in the cloud sense; we provide a local engine for hardware analysis. By using the Software, you acknowledge that the diagnostic results are fetched in real-time and displayed locally. This distribution model ensures that you maintain full control over the diagnostic process, while Nascentra remains a neutral provider of the technology that makes such diagnostics possible.
3. Limited License Grant and Use Restrictions
Nascentra grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use GetPhoneInfo for its intended diagnostic purposes. This license is granted to you personally or to your organization and may not be sublicensed, sold, or shared with third parties without express written consent from Nascentra. You may use the Software to analyze devices that you legally own or are authorized to service. You are strictly prohibited from using the Software to bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access to data, or engage in any form of digital forensic activity that violates the privacy of others. This license does not grant you any rights to the underlying source code or the right to create derivative works. Any use of the Software outside of the scope of this license is a breach of contract and will result in the immediate termination of your right to use the tool, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to Nascentra.
4. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection
GetPhoneInfo, including its code, user interface, icons, documentation, and logic, is the exclusive intellectual property of Nascentra. All rights are reserved. The Software is protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Software. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Software without prior written permission from Nascentra. The branding "GetPhoneInfo" and the "Nascentra" logo are trademarks of our company and may not be used in a way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist. We take the protection of our intellectual property seriously and will pursue legal action against any individual or entity that attempts to pirate, "crack," or illegally redistribute our Software. Your respect for our intellectual property is a condition of your license to use the tool.
5. Proprietary Software Ownership and Reverse Engineering
The Software is a proprietary product of Nascentra. You are expressly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of GetPhoneInfo. Any attempt to do so is a violation of this agreement and may be a violation of applicable laws. You may not use any automated systems or software to extract data from the Software for the purpose of creating a competing product. Nascentra has invested significant resources into the development of the logic that powers this diagnostic dashboard, and we protect this investment through these restrictive terms. If you are interested in a developer-level integration or a custom version of the Software, you must contact us at nascentra@gmail.com for a separate commercial license. Unauthorized "hacking" or modification of the Software's binary or scripts is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban from all Nascentra support and update services.
6. Strict No-Refund and Final Sale Policy
All transactions related to GetPhoneInfo are final. Nascentra maintains a strict "No-Refund" policy for all digital products and licenses. Because the Software is delivered digitally and provides immediate value upon installation, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: user error, change of mind, perceived lack of features, or incompatibility with specific devices. We provide detailed documentation, feature lists, and system requirements on our website (nascentra.com) to help you make an informed decision before acquisition. By proceeding with the use or purchase of GetPhoneInfo, you explicitly waive any right to a refund or chargeback. This policy is necessary to maintain the financial stability of the project and to prevent the unauthorized use of our digital assets. We stand by the quality of our work, but we do not offer "trial" periods that include a money-back guarantee.
7. Absolute Limitation of Liability
Nascentra, its founders, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use GetPhoneInfo. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, such as loss of profits, hardware failure, data loss, device "bricking," or any other business interruption. The Software interacts with low-level device protocols via USB, which inherently carries risks if used with faulty hardware, unstable drivers, or damaged cables. You use GetPhoneInfo entirely at your own risk. Nascentra does not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be error-free. This limitation of liability is a fundamental element of the bargain between you and Nascentra, and without it, we would not be able to provide the Software at its current price point or availability.
8. Total Indemnity and User Accountability
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nascentra, its founders, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Software. This includes claims made by third parties whose devices you may have analyzed using GetPhoneInfo. You are solely responsible for your actions and the results obtained from the diagnostic process. If your use of the Software results in a legal dispute, you agree to bear all costs associated with defending Nascentra. This indemnity clause ensures that Nascentra is not held responsible for the User's professional conduct or the specific way in which the tool is applied in the field. By using the Software, you accept full accountability for the diagnostic reports you generate and any subsequent actions you take based on those reports, such as hardware repairs or modifications.
9. User Responsibilities and Legal Device Access
It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to access and diagnose any device connected to GetPhoneInfo. Nascentra does not verify the ownership of devices analyzed by the Software. You must comply with all local and international laws regarding digital privacy and unauthorized access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the computer where GetPhoneInfo is installed and for protecting any exported reports. The User must also ensure that the mobile devices they connect are in a state that allows for safe diagnostics (e.g., proper cables, stable ports). Any breach of privacy or legal violation resulting from the User's use of the Software is the User's liability. Nascentra provides the tool; the User provides the ethical and legal framework for its application. We encourage all users to follow industry best practices for professional device diagnostics and to respect the privacy of their own clients at all times.
10. Prohibited Activities and Conduct
You are prohibited from using GetPhoneInfo for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose. This includes, but is not limited to: analyzing stolen property, attempting to bypass OEM locks for illegal resale, or using diagnostic data to facilitate identity theft. You may not use the Software in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our website (nascentra.com) or interfere with any other party's use of the Software. You may not repackage the Software, remove any proprietary notices, or include it in a larger software suite without our permission. Any attempt to interfere with the Software's licensing or update mechanisms is strictly forbidden. Nascentra reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse and to cooperate with law enforcement if we believe our tool is being used for criminal activities. Violation of this "Prohibited Activities" clause will result in an immediate and permanent termination of your license and access to support.
11. Third-Party Dependencies and External Tools
GetPhoneInfo relies on third-party tools such as ADB (Android Debug Bridge) and libimobiledevice to function. These tools are not developed by Nascentra and are subject to their own respective licenses and terms. Nascentra is not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of these third-party utilities. You must ensure that these dependencies are correctly installed and configured on your host system as per the instructions in our README.md. Any failures, bugs, or security vulnerabilities in these third-party tools are outside of Nascentra's control and liability. We provide GetPhoneInfo as a "wrapper" and organization layer that utilizes these tools. Updates to these tools may be required for continued compatibility with new mobile OS versions, and the User is responsible for maintaining their environment. Nascentra does not provide warranties for these external dependencies and is not liable for any issues they may cause to your computer or connected devices.
12. System Requirements and Compatibility
The User is responsible for ensuring that their computer meets the minimum system requirements for GetPhoneInfo, including Python 3.10+, adequate RAM, and functional USB ports. Nascentra does not guarantee that the Software will work on all hardware configurations or operating systems. Compatibility with specific mobile device models is dependent on the underlying ADB and libimobiledevice drivers. While we strive to support a wide range of Android and iOS devices, we do not warrant that every device will be detected or that every diagnostic field will be populated. Factors such as device encryption, restricted firmware, or damaged hardware may prevent successful diagnostics. Failure of the Software to work on your specific setup does not entitle you to a refund or special support. We recommend that users test their environment with the required dependencies before committing to the professional use of GetPhoneInfo in their workflow.
13. Disclaimer of Express and Implied Warranties
GetPhoneInfo is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Nascentra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Software is free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Nascentra does not make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Software in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. The diagnostic data is provided by the device's own OS and hardware; Nascentra is merely the presenter of that data. Your reliance on the Software and any information retrieved by it is strictly at your own risk.
14. Accuracy and Validity of Diagnostic Data
The diagnostic information displayed by GetPhoneInfo is retrieved directly from the operating system and hardware registers of the connected mobile device. Nascentra does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy of this data. If a device is reporting falsified information (such as a "spoofed" IMEI or a manipulated battery health percentage), GetPhoneInfo will display that information as it is received from the hardware. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on this data. You should use the Software as one of several tools in your diagnostic arsenal and not rely solely on its output for critical business or repair decisions. Any discrepancies between the Software's output and other diagnostic tools are subject to the limitations of the communication protocols used (ADB/libimobiledevice). Nascentra is not liable for any financial or physical damage resulting from your interpretation of the diagnostic reports provided by the Software.
15. Termination of License and Access
Nascentra reserves the right to terminate your license and access to the Software, our website, and our support channels at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession. Nascentra shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Software. You may also terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies. Termination of this agreement does not entitle you to a refund. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive termination. We may also stop the development or support of GetPhoneInfo at any time without prior notice, and this shall not constitute a breach of this agreement.
16. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and your use of GetPhoneInfo are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Nascentra shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan. While we distribute the Software globally, we centralize our legal operations to ensure consistency and efficiency. If you access the Software from outside of Pakistan, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. This governing law clause is a mandatory part of this agreement, and by using the Software, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Pakistani courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of GetPhoneInfo.
17. Dispute Resolution and Mandatory Arbitration
In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly, informal negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in Pakistan. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed by Nascentra. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of arbitration, including attorneys' fees. This mandatory arbitration clause replaces your right to go to court and your right to a jury trial. By using GetPhoneInfo, you waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. This ensures that any legal disagreements are handled in a structured, professional, and cost-effective manner for both parties.
18. Severability of Terms
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect. This ensures that the overall legal framework of our agreement remains intact even if a specific clause is found to be non-compliant with a particular local law. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. This "Severability" clause is a standard legal protection that prevents the entire contract from being voided due to a single technicality, ensuring that the core protections for Nascentra's intellectual property and liability remain in place throughout our relationship with the User.
19. Export Control and International Compliance
GetPhoneInfo is subject to export control laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a government embargo or that has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country. You also represent that you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or authorizations to use or export the Software in your jurisdiction. Nascentra makes no representation that the Software is appropriate for use in any particular country. By using the Software, you assume all responsibility for international compliance and acknowledge that Nascentra is not liable for any legal issues you may face regarding the cross-border use or transportation of our diagnostic technology.
20. Professional and Commercial Use Standards
GetPhoneInfo is intended for use by professionals in the mobile repair, recycling, and inventory industries, as well as by individual technology enthusiasts. By using the Software, you represent that you have a basic understanding of mobile device communication (ADB/iOS) and that you are capable of using such a tool safely. You agree to use the Software in accordance with professional industry standards. Nascentra does not provide training on how to repair phones or how to interpret complex hardware data; we provide the tool to see the data. This "Professional Use" clause emphasizes that the Software is a specialized utility. We are not responsible for any damage caused by an unskilled user who misinterprets diagnostic data or uses the Software in an improper environment. You acknowledge that professional-grade tools require professional-grade caution and that the responsibility for the outcome of any diagnostic session rests entirely with the User.
21. Support, Maintenance, and Update Limits
Nascentra provides support for GetPhoneInfo on a discretionary basis. We are not obligated to provide updates, bug fixes, or technical support under this standard license. Any support we do provide is via WhatsApp (+923477419855), email (nascentra@gmail.com), or our website (nascentra.com). We do not guarantee response times or that every issue can be resolved. Support is limited to the functionality of our Software and does not include troubleshooting your PC, your drivers, or the devices you are scanning. Nascentra reserves the right to charge for support or to move to a subscription-based update model in the future. As of this version, GetPhoneInfo is provided as a standalone product with no guaranteed service level agreement (SLA). We are not liable for any business losses incurred due to the lack of immediate technical support or the temporary unavailability of our official contact channels.
22. Modifications to the Software and Terms
Nascentra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at our sole discretion. Any changes to the terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on nascentra.com or included in a software update. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Your continued use of GetPhoneInfo following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We may add new features, change existing ones, or remove functionality to improve the Software or comply with new legal or technical requirements. These modifications are a necessary part of software development and do not entitle the User to any compensation or refunds. We aim to keep our users informed of major changes, but we are not legally bound to provide individual notifications for every update to our terms or technology.
